With roots in air monitoring that predate the creation of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, YORK built custom mobile laboratories. For three decades YORK chemists and engineers worked from the Stamford, CT laboratory on countless high profile projects in the fast changing industry during this time.

In 2004, YORK moved its operations to Stratford, CT and built a facility that had the bandwidth to grow with the company over time. By 2008, YORK had added a significant amount of new instrumentation and people to meet client demands. In 2010, YORK converted its operations to a dynamic LIMS system to meet the increasing need for electronic deliverables and set the stage for the next chapter of growth and expansion.
