ALS significantly expands its existing laboratory services in Northeast United States with addition of York facilities and teams in NY, CT and NJ
NYACK, NY (March 25, 2024) – York Analytical Laboratories, Inc. has been acquired by ALS Limited to accelerate growth of their environmental testing services in the Northeast U.S. The addition of York’s market-leading operation – with more than 200 staff across four laboratories and four strategically-located service centers across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut – is the latest strategic acquisition by ALS in key markets around the world. With more than 19,000 employees and $1.5 billion in revenues, ALS’s new management team is focused on investing in people and systems to advance its environmental laboratory business, with a mandate to rapidly grow and become the leader in the U.S. environmental testing market.
