The Raymond James Diversified Industrials team held a live PFAS Roundtable in Tarrytown on April 5 – “Dealing With the Escalating Crisis of Forever Chemicals in Greater NYC.”
CEO Michael J. Beckerich was included on a panel of business and environmental industry authorities who shared insights and challenges on the current implications of PFAS in a quickly changing environment that threatens public health and safety.
The rapidly escalating need and cost to identify, quantify, remediate and protect people from the risk of “forever chemicals” will be a game-changer for municipalities, townships and businesses, the panel said.
“The investment community’s keen interest in the fast-growing business surrounding PFAS identification, cleanup and monitoring is yet another testament that this new issue has long-range implications for all and needs to be addressed systematically,” said Beckerich.
Companies represented on the Industry Panel were: Langan Engineering, WSP USA, Clean Harbors, Ground/Water Treatment and Technology, Troutman Pepper.
